When will you be re-opening?
As soon as the NSW government provides advice on when entertainment venues can open we will be able to set a re-opening date, with whatever conditions may need to be adhered to. For the most up to date information and updates please follow our Facebook and Instagram pages, as we will post opeing information there as soon as we know.
What happens to my booking?
We have cancelled all upcoming bookings and issued refunds/credits.
Will I get a refund/credit?
Of course. If for some reason we haven’t gotten in touch please send us an email. Please note refunds may take up to 5 business days, dependant upon your bank. We appreciate your patience on this.
What happens if my gift card expires during your closure?
Rest assured, all gift voucher expiry dates will be extended and honoured when we re-open.
